Designed with a modern architectural approach, the structure features a sophisticated precast cladding system with a medium sandblast finish, accented by Endicott thin brick in a Manganese Brown Velour to deliver both durability and visual distinction.

TRC Worldwide Engineering served as the precast engineer, working closely with project partners to ensure a seamless integration of design and constructibility.
