This parking structure is a 6-level long-span concrete frame structure, providing 571 parking spaces for the patrons of the Community Health System Office Building. This structure is classified as an S-2 open parking garage.

2,000 sf of retail space has also been added as part of the new hospital campus currently being completed. The structure is designed to integrate into the established campus architecture featuring a unique exterior façade.

The structure design was completed in Revit to allow for multiple design solution studies, color changes, and completion of the construction documents.
